At SARADESIGN, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality logo designs tailored to your needs. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness:

1. *Eligibility for Refund*
– Refund requests must be made within  7 days of the initial purchase.
– Refunds will only be granted if the project has not advanced beyond the *conceptual stage or initial draft phase*.
– If the final logo design has been approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

2. *Partial Refunds*
– If the project is canceled after the initial draft has been presented but before final approval, a *partial refund* may be issued, deducting fees for the work completed up to that point.
– The amount refunded will be determined based on the time and resources invested.

3. *Non-Refundable Circumstances*
– No refunds will be provided for:
– Projects canceled by the client after final approval.
– Delays caused by the client, such as unresponsiveness or lack of communication.
– Custom logo designs with specific revisions already completed.

4. *Requesting a Refund*
– To request a refund, please contact us at support@saradesign.pro with the subject line “Refund Request.”
– Include your order details, reason for the request, and any relevant information to expedite the process.
– Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 5 business days.

5. *Payment Method*
– Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. *Policy Updates*
– We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Please review this policy periodically for any changes.
